Ive been away for the weekend

at a scrapbooking retreat and spent some time with some good friends online and IRL. Love meeting new people too and get inspiration from them. Loved the Nic Howard LO class and the other class was Faye Gregory which is a fab mini book.

November sees a fantastic promo with the markers and with rubons..yes its a double whammy Month this month and SU have two promotions running.

So I love the markers ..and am a very happy lady as I can now buy all the lovely ones I want without buying the whole pack of them..yahoo!$5.95 each is a darn good deal too I reckon! I use my markers all the time instead of an ink pad to distress the edges..much much quicker and easier to get into the nooks and crannies of things.

Rubons are 20% off so a great time to buy up large on rubons aye! You just have to buy $20 worth in a catalogue to get the discount.

This weekend starts my build up to Christmas and I have a Christmas card making workshop in Opotiki on Saturday (dont forget to vote first!) and then my Christmas cracker workshop on Sunday ..

here is the photo in the ad that will be in the next Up2scrap mag and I will be doing the cracker and bag and a tag (not shown). The cracker is a template I have had for a few years now and evolves every year!

The stamp set is season of joy and the paper Holiday harmony which is different and beautiful to work with. You only have 25 days to order it though as both of these are in the spring mini ..which finishes on the 30th of this month.
