I had a play today using this technique..only I couldnt find my SU embossing powder ..so I used another brand and I was mightly disappointed with the result ..it wouldnt melt in places and it still took up some of the ink when I sponged it over. 
So I then went and found my SU embossing powder and did it all again.
Here is the result..a much better and clearer emboss resist card. 
Just goes to show that you cant beat quality!
