On Saturday, Our Daughter was involved in the Waikato/ Bay of Plenty Regional Hip Hop Competition and Im happy to say they got second and will be off to Nationals in May! Woohoo!
They are a crew of seven and the dance school she belongs to had a junior crew there too (eight) so I made 16 of these twisty treat bags using the Saleabration Twisty Treat Kit for them to snack on, on the way home…(one for the teacher)
They were a hit!
I added a few extra things to these …the ‘awesome’ stamp is out of my new stamp set Ive just got called ‘Cool Kid’ (Occasions Catalogue). The arrow is out of the ‘Peachy Keen’ stamp set and the UR was just handwritten (text speak like lol). I also added some white bakers twine and lace tape to the tags of which I used the scallop tag topper punch on, corner rounded and sponged with Island Indigo ink..easy peasy to do and took me 2 hours from go to woah! I love this little kit and have a couple in my stash to pull out for these sorts of occasions.
Guess how much I spent on the lollies though?
Ooops..went a bit overboard lol!
Dont forget that Saleabration ends at the end of this month so get your qualifying order of $110 into me before then!
Have a lovely week …tell me how much I spent and if your guess is correct, Ill send you one of these and card!
Hmmm, knowing you Delys, you probably spent about $30. $5 for the bags and $25 for you, blahahahaha!
