This week at JAI, Our challenge is from Chantell and it is to include chipboard.
I don’t know if you know this about me but I love Chipboard! I covet and collect chipboard …and have been doing so for 10 years now.I do use it but most of it is non SU.
I especially love to make my own chipboard pieces so I was sooo happy when Stampin’ Up! released their coaster board as up until then I was using the DSP backing and the specialty paper backings for my chipboard. Coaster board is easy to use and you can cut with your thinlets/framelits/XL dies and even on some electronic cutters too.
Ive been Project Life ing this week ..my chipboard pieces are the bow (which is coming up in our upcoming Holiday Catalogue, the heart (from the hamburger box die) and I have also used some coaster board behind the starburst framelit die in the title.
Here’s some closeups..unfortunately I have dropped my camera during this shoot and Ive damaged my slr lens ..the words failed me ..Im so gutted and will have to claim on insurance.
Other items Ive used is the PL love story kit and embellies, the RR stickers are from an upcoming PL embellishment kit, silver washi tape, take that punch, banner punch, Tap, tap tap stamp set (hi). sequin from an upcoming product in the holiday mini, White bakers twine, Dots mask, Real red ink, Dauber, Red (cherry cobbler) blendibilities marker to colour the chipboard.
So, I hope you come and play with us this week at Just Add Ink..Check out what the other Design Team have done here…
