Wow two posts in one day..yay its Friday!
Anyway this week at Just Add Ink our challenge is to Just Add Glimmer
When I saw the Cutie Pie Thinlits (138273) in the Annual Catalogue, I just had to get it to make these…Ive been faithfully making these treat boxes for my Christmas tree for oh about 10 years now!
I cut this out of Red (121790)and Silver (135314) Glimmer Paper. I also used a window sheet (114323) for the inside and filled it with red chocolate balls (yum)!
Using my favourite items from the Holiday Catalogue of course. The Silver Cording Trim (139620), Christmas Greetings Thinlit dies (139659), Oh What Fun Stamp set (140386) and Winter Wonderland Embellishments (139621)
Our glimmer paper is pure quality and Ive found no cracking on any of the edges of this box!
So this blingy box is waiting for my Christmas tree to go up..so I just might have to eat the Chocolate balls as surely they will go off before then ..right? Hehehe
Do check out what the other girls on the Design Team have done here and hope you can play along with us this week!
This is sparkle on steroids Delys! Love your idea of taking the cutie pie thinlets and using them to make a Christmas ornament. This is really going to gleam against the dark green of the tree! xxx
