Thanks for checking back with me today with my Happy Haunting Designer Series Paper. This is a Halloween themed set of papers but you can use all of the papers for other themes.
Zoom..and we’re off to the race track with this card today.
After looking online, I couldn’t find any race cars so my punch art Formula One Racing car was born!
I used 4 punches for this car. The Tree punch (135859), for the car chassis, word window punch for the spoiler and the tyres, and the 3/4″ and 1″ circle punches for the number. I used the Little Numbers Thinlits (138278) for the ‘5’.
Whats the background made of?
Washi tape.. which is part of The Seasonal Snapshot 2015 PL Accessory Pack (139652). I just off centred every other row! ..Actually I did the background and thought..hmm that looks like a race car flag and an idea was born! Hehehe
Inside I used the Washi Label punch (138296) to make a winners line. You can see what the washi tape normally looks like here just with one strip.
Simple and cute, I thought and perfect for a 5 year old boy (or car mad girl!)
