Dripping with Brusho!

I recently taught at my wider teams stamp camp this past weekend and I have lots to show you what I have been up to with Brusho!

Today I’m showing you my Brusho dripping technique and with the addition of Embossing paste over the top. I found that, if you just blot the brusho and use the embossing paste over the top, the colour comes through the embossing paste!

For my make n take (50 plus) I made a Layout. I knew that lots in this group werent scrapbookers so I made a card to show that this technique could be used as a card technique as well.

Here is the original LO. I used Camboge, Yellow and Brilliant red. This is a super easy technique..you just add the crystals to the top of the page..spritz with water and let it run down the page (hold the page vertical). Then, when you are satisfied with the look, blot with a paper towel and then add your mask and embossing paste. (I used Shimmery white)

The flowers were stamped with Amazing You (SAB) and fussy cut out and I used brusho to colour. The diecuts are from the Celebrate You thinlits and the Petals and More thinlits. A few sequins to finish off of course!

Not everyone is into flowers so I did a second Layout using the Prussian blue and yellow Brusho and turned it on the side.  I used just the white embossing paste for this one but still used the sequins.

Finally, here is the card I made for those who wanted to do a card instead. I made this card as my swap so thanks Helen for taking a photo of it as I forgot to do so before handing them all out lol.

I used Lots to Love box framelits for this card and the Happy Birthday is from the We Must Celebrate stamp set.
