This is my favourite photo of Yosemite National Park. I’m still pinching myself that I got to see the amazing scenery on my US trip in November!
Coming from New Zealand, we have beautiful scenery of our own but Yosemite and the Grand Canyon were highlights of my trip!
This Layout was for my February class along with my previous post a few days. Technique was brusho and embossing paste.
I like to have a more involved Layout and a simple one.
The flower is fussy cut out of the Petal Passion DSP and altered with Brusho. The other stamps I used were Waterfront, Friendships Sweetest thoughts (OC) and Banners For You and Labeler Alphabet (AC)
I used a stencil/mask (brick wall one out of the Pattern party masks) with brusho to ‘stamp’ onto the Crumb Cake CS. The other mask I used for the shimmery white Embossing paste. The embossed piece was wet with brusho when I embossed it through the Big Shot and then dried.
I used the Layered Circle dies to tie it all in ..along with some black bakers twine.
The cute embroidery hoops were altered with brusho too!
