My project today is using the cute new mini pizza boxes (144645 pg 44), the matching 3×3 envelopes (145219), the Treat Tubes and re purposing  the Be Merry Kit (144648 pg 32)..which is something I love to do.

I love kits as its all cut up/prepped for you to just create.

This kit makes 12 rosettes but I used some of the embellishments  to make some mini albums..

I have my Christmas markets coming up so I thought a few of these might go down well..all they need is some 3×3 photos of family and I thought would make a lovely gift for Grandma/Auntie or Mum?

But I have used the rosettes too ..they will decorate my mini Christmas tree and will sell them off individually. They also have the cute as Treat Tubes attached to the back (144612 pg 53).

I’ll fill these  later as the Christmas treats appear in our shops (But in reality…so I don’t  get the munchies and raid the treat tubes! haha)

You could buy two of these kits and there you have an advent calendar!

Other Products I used are;

Quilted Christmas stack (144617 pg 5), Merry Little Christmas DSP (144621 pg 10) and the Year of Cheer Specialty DSP (144640 pg37), Year of Cheer embellishments (144643), YoC Washi Tape (144644), Foil snowflakes (144642), Quilted Christmas Ribbon (144620 pg 5), Trim your Stocking thinlits (144682 pg 15), Half Full stamp set (144999 pg 42), Oh what fun stamp set (140386 pg 115 AC)

New goodies to play with!

We have a new Occasions Catalogue and Sale a bration Catalogues starting in early January and lucky me has had a play with new product from it! Here’s what I came up using the Going Places DSP stack and matching Stamp set. IMG_3405-001The for you is cut with the Mini Treat bag die thinlit collection and using Silver foil. IMG_3403-001(note the second image has a reflection off my phone ..cover is red lol)

Ive also added some silver metallic thread to the front.

The inside is just simply using up scraps.

Thanks for looking and have a wonderful week!

Gift Bag Star box

I came across this star box you tube tutorial by Amanda Fowler and thought it was awesome!

So here’s what I did using the Gift Bag Punch Board and the

Season of Cheer Designer Paper (139590)

IMG_3039 IMG_3040The Stamp set Ive used is a Hostess stamp set from the Holiday Catalogue -Antique Tags (140494) and I also used the Snowflake Elements (139638) and the gorgeous Real Red Pom Pom trim (139617)

Such a quick and easy box to make!

Thanks Amanda for the tutorial.

Happy stamping!

JAI #284 Just Add a Fancy Fold

This weeks Just Add Ink challenge is courtesy of Di and it is Just Add a Fancy Fold

Here’s what I came up with ..a Tent Topper card

IMG_3011-001 IMG_3012 IMG_3013-001Ive used my favourite Designer Series Paper for this card (Timeless Elegance-138444) and I sort of used this tutorial but just guessed the measurements of her folds.

I hadn’t needed to ink up this new stamp set of mine until now (Heartfelt Sympathy-138764)

Here’s the inside

IMG_3027 IMG_3028

This card measures 4″ x 4″ and folds flat to send in the post. I love this new fold as it displays so well. Will definately do this fold again.

Do check out what the rest of the Just Add Ink Design Team have done here and I hope you play along with our challenge this week!

Happy Haunting DSP Series- mini album

Our Daughter is at university and is just about to complete her first year of a Dance Studies Degree.

So I thought Id do a wee mini album each year for her to put some photos and get the low down on her daily routine.

Here’s what I came up with.

I love to make up mini albums as I go and add in pockets and interactive flaps.IMG_2908

This one includes the use of window sheets..something I haven’t used on my mini albums for years!

Our Daughter has an instax printer for use with her phone so she can just pop those photos in, a bit of journalling and its all done!

IMG_2910 IMG_2912 IMG_2913  IMG_2919

I left the last page blank as I thought she could get all of her 30 classmates to sign it..but thats up to her!

Stamps I used were PL Happy Times. I also used some washi tape and stickers from the Seasonal Snapshot Collection, Circles Collection framelits, Little Letters Thinlits, PL corner rounder and Very Vanilla Thick Bakers Twine.

After editing these photos, I realised I didn’t have a date on it anywhere so stamped the date using PL Day to Day.

Hope you enjoyed my week using Happy Haunting DSP and check back tomorrow for a new theme!

Have a great weekend!

Happy Haunting DSP Series- Pacman card

The one paper in the Happy Haunting Designer Series Pack that I struggled to use in a non Halloween theme was this one.

It has carved pumpkins on one side and spider and spider webs on the other!

Not to be outdone, I turned the pumpkin one on its side and thought Id do a Pacman card.

Here it is!

Really CAS card this one!

I used the 3/4″ circle punch, 1/16″ circle punch (or you could use the owl punch), Little numbers thinlits and Crazy About You stamp set (137137)

Come back tomorrow for my last project showcasing The Happy Haunting DSP.

Happy Haunting DSP Series-Masculine card

Of course this paper is suited to Masculine themed cards ..that’s why I bought it!

Ive just ordered another pack of this paper as Ive pretty much used up the whole pack on this weeks projects!

Here’s what I came up with for a masculine card.

Stamp sets Ive used on this card is The Open Sea (123032) and a hostess set Happy Birthday Everyone (139958)

Yep, there’s that Seasonal Snapshot washi tape again! Also the new Very Vanilla Subtle Stripes Satin ribbon (139616) and the gorgeous Basic Black Stitched Satin ribbon (138430)

Not sure if I will give this card to Hubby for his birthday or tomorrows card?

Have a great day!
