My project today is using the cute new mini pizza boxes (144645 pg 44), the matching 3×3 envelopes (145219), the Treat Tubes and re purposing  the Be Merry Kit (144648 pg 32)..which is something I love to do.

I love kits as its all cut up/prepped for you to just create.

This kit makes 12 rosettes but I used some of the embellishments  to make some mini albums..

I have my Christmas markets coming up so I thought a few of these might go down well..all they need is some 3×3 photos of family and I thought would make a lovely gift for Grandma/Auntie or Mum?

But I have used the rosettes too ..they will decorate my mini Christmas tree and will sell them off individually. They also have the cute as Treat Tubes attached to the back (144612 pg 53).

I’ll fill these  later as the Christmas treats appear in our shops (But in reality…so I don’t  get the munchies and raid the treat tubes! haha)

You could buy two of these kits and there you have an advent calendar!

Other Products I used are;

Quilted Christmas stack (144617 pg 5), Merry Little Christmas DSP (144621 pg 10) and the Year of Cheer Specialty DSP (144640 pg37), Year of Cheer embellishments (144643), YoC Washi Tape (144644), Foil snowflakes (144642), Quilted Christmas Ribbon (144620 pg 5), Trim your Stocking thinlits (144682 pg 15), Half Full stamp set (144999 pg 42), Oh what fun stamp set (140386 pg 115 AC)

Happy Times Collection

I’m onto my second box of this collection now!

I love the colours, the stickers and the wooden elements in this collection. Here’s a couple of PL Pages I did last week. IMG_3085 IMG_3086 IMG_3087

This collection is ideal for children but is such a versatile set for anyones photos I reckon!

Happy Scrappin’

Moments Like These

I love these photos so I just had to scrap them straight away. I kept the page pretty simple. It was all about the journalling for this page!

Its Moments Like These Collection Kit (138454) and Accessory pack (138455)

I also managed to make a card..well 5 of the same simple design but 2 were needed for friends and family this week (unfortunately) and 2 I’m giving to my sisters work to sell (she is fundraising for dog blankets at the dog pound) and one Ill keep for my stash. Today I’m making some doggy ones!

IMG_3096 IMG_3097The stamp set I used was You little Furball (134150)

Happy scrapbooking and stamping!

What a lovely scrappy weekend!

Nz has just had a long weekend and I took advantage of it by Project Life Scrapbooking 16 pages for our sons 21st album!

Some of them I cant share but here’s two using the gorgeous Hello Baby Boy Collection Kit and Embellishment kit (138457 and 38458)

IMG_3070 IMG_3071 IMG_3073 IMG_3074Thank goodness for baby books! I was not scrapbooking when both kids were born and started when both kids were 6 and 4. Trying to remember the stories has been a little challenging but ….when Ive got down to scrap them, some memories rise to the surface our son climbing out of his cot at 11 months..he couldnt walk yet but he was sure good at climbing! Soon after we put him in a bed!

These photos are all recovered from a major flood we had in 2004.

Just a tip I have is that sometimes the journalling is not for public eyes so I often journal on the back of the card.

My favourite thing about this kit is the clear/vanilla stickers for use on photos.

Stamps I used were PL Happy Times (138738), PL This is Life (138736) and Happy Happenings (139381)

MKPLxSU Seasonal Snapshot Collection

This month our Memory Keeping x PL SU Design team is showcasing the Seasonal Snapshot Collection(139651)

This group is a Facebook group and everyone is welcome to join, wherever and whomever!

I have to say that I wasn’t going to purchase this collection but when I discovered it had kraft elements in it, I just put it on my next order! (Easily swayed, I am lol)

Here are my pages.

Once again, pages for our sons 21st Album

Left hand side..IMG_2934

My favourite thing about this collection is the black alphabet stickers which are part of the Accessory pack (139652).

My style of PL is to chop up cards to suit my photos ..using up cards that wont suit my family ie..the lunch card is a thanksgiving card but I mounted my photo over the top to change it!

I also love to edge my cards etc in Memento black.   IMG_2938

Some of the stickers in the Accessory Pack are clear, so, I decided I’d put ages on one of the photos!

Might do that again!

I love these wooden elements in this just want to hoard them though but …I resisted and added one!

This photo with his Grandma is such a precious photo so I just kept it simple. All of these photos are old photos and survived a serious flood we had in 2004.

I’ve finally scrapped them!

Here’s the right hand page.

I added in Christmas Greetings Thinlits (139659) to this page. Once again I chopped up cards and photos and edged them with memento black.

IMG_2929IMG_2933IMG_2932The stamp set I used on these pages was PL Happy Times (138738)

Check back all week this week as I’m PLing all week this week! Yay!

Happy Haunting DSP Series- mini album

Our Daughter is at university and is just about to complete her first year of a Dance Studies Degree.

So I thought Id do a wee mini album each year for her to put some photos and get the low down on her daily routine.

Here’s what I came up with.

I love to make up mini albums as I go and add in pockets and interactive flaps.IMG_2908

This one includes the use of window sheets..something I haven’t used on my mini albums for years!

Our Daughter has an instax printer for use with her phone so she can just pop those photos in, a bit of journalling and its all done!

IMG_2910 IMG_2912 IMG_2913  IMG_2919

I left the last page blank as I thought she could get all of her 30 classmates to sign it..but thats up to her!

Stamps I used were PL Happy Times. I also used some washi tape and stickers from the Seasonal Snapshot Collection, Circles Collection framelits, Little Letters Thinlits, PL corner rounder and Very Vanilla Thick Bakers Twine.

After editing these photos, I realised I didn’t have a date on it anywhere so stamped the date using PL Day to Day.

Hope you enjoyed my week using Happy Haunting DSP and check back tomorrow for a new theme!

Have a great weekend!
