Watercolour Wonder

Ive just received this gorgeous Paper last week in an order and Ive been chomping at the bit to have a play with it..well this past weekend, Ive spent a very enjoyable stampcamp with the Creative Inkers Team in Rotorua. I had a four of my team attend too. It was absolutely lovely ..but ill do a wrap up on that in a  couple of days.

Heres what I came up with using these gorgeous papers. I have also used the Silver Fancy Foil Vellum for both projects along with Silver 1/8″ ribbon, Petite Petal Punch, Rhinestones, Arrows Textured Embossing Folder, Starburst Bundle, Banner Framelits, Lace doily, Island Indigo ink and the Thank You is out of the So Very Grateful stamp set. The card base is  the Note Cards and envelopes (pg 162). I often use these notecards in my classes and they are very good value for $11.95 for 20 cards and envelopes I think!

I distressed the edges of the paper for a shabby chic look ..well actually it was because I need a new blade on my SU trimmer (they last for ages but ..I do lots of cutting aye?) lol

So, rather than stress over my ‘rough cut’, I decided to make it a feature..eek! whistles….
